Hapoel Jerusalem requested the suspension of Game 2 in the Basketball Champions League play-ins against Prometey after registering 7 new COVID positives

Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem announced Sunday that seven players have tested positive for COVID-19 after PCR testing was conducted.

As a result, their upcoming Game 2 (and Game 3, in necessary) against Prometey for the Basketball Champions League play-ins will be suspended and rescheduled to a later date, per request of the Israeli side.

Hapoel has won Game 1 of the play-in series 95-70 at home on Wednesday, and Game 2 was initially scheduled for Tuesday, January 18 in Zaporizhzhia.
