Justin Simon had everything under control as he led Ludwigsburg to a convincing win over Dijon in the Basketball Champions League

Justin Simon guided MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg to a convincing 95-73 home win against JDA Dijon in their first game in the Basketball Champions League Round of 16.

Simon delivered a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 7-14 from the field. He was the main push behind Ludwigsburg’s winning effort which saw the Germans up 44-32 at halftime and as much as 24 in the fourth quarter (86-62).

Jonah Radebaugh helped with 15 and James Woodard with 14 points while Jordan Hulls scored 13 and Tremmell Darden 11 points.

For Dijon, Gavin Ware scored 18 in addition to Rashard Kelly’s 14 and Khadeen Carrington’s 12 points. David Holston struggled with scoring, shooting 1-6 from the three-point territory for his only points but he also dished out eight assists to his teammates.
