Matt Mooney will make his debut in Europe with Unicaja Malaga

Unicaja Malaga announced that the team has signed Matt Mooney for the remainder of the season.

Mooney, 24, has averaged 15 points, 6.5 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game in the NBA G-League this season and will land in Europe for the first time with Unicaja.

Unicaja faces Oostende at home this upcoming Wednesday, looking to pick up their first victory in the Basketball Champions League Round of 16, after suffering a 73-79 defeat to Cluj Napoca last week.
