Troy Caupain came up clutch for Darussafaka as they held off Tofas’s comeback effort led by Tyler Ennis

Darussafaka managed to hold off the comeback of Tofas and get away with a 75-74 after an exciting finish. With this win, Darussafaka improved to 2-2 in Basketball Champions League’s Group J behind Tofas which now holds a 3-1 record.

Dacka gambled away a ten-point lead in the third quarter (60-50) but still managed to come out on top in the close finish. Tyler Ennis put Tofas up 74-73 at 15 seconds remaining but Troy Caupain responded right back and handed the win to Darussafaka.

Caupain scored 18 points on 4-5 from deep for the winning side, followed by Gabriel Olaseni with 13 and Nathan Boothe with 12 points.

For Tofas, Ennis led the scorers with 21 points while Jeremy Simmons scored 17 and Elgin Cook 15 points. Ennis also dished out seven assists while Simmons grabbed nine boards.
