BCL Round of 16 Week 5 Recap: Three teams in the Quarterfinals

An eventful Basketball Champions League Round of 16 week in the books with three teams punching in their tickets to the Quarterfinals.

Both Lenovo Tenerife and SIG Strasbourg made it to the next round in Group L. On the losing end of the week, Rytas Vilnius and Falco Szombathely were knocked out of contention.

Unicaja clinched a berth of its own via Group K despite losing to Filou Oostende. The Belgium champions facing U-BT Cluj Napoca will determine the second team advancing next week.

Group J spots are still up for grabs since Darussafaka edged Baxi Manresa. Tofas Bursa beat eliminated NutriBullet Treviso in overtime to get in pole position.

The three-game week in Group I resulted in Galatasaray Nef bowing out. Hapoel U-NET Holon, MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg, and JDA Dijon were left in the race.

The draw to determine the pairings of the Quarterfinals will be held on March 25, following Gameday 6.
