Giorgi Shermadini was more than happy after winning the BCL trophy, however, he proved once again that he is a true sportsman. With the fans of Manresa chanting the name of Tenerife, after their team had lost the final, Shermandini returned the favor in the mixed zone.
“Manresa was also amazing, congrats to them”, said Shermandini and added: “And also congrats to their fans. Everyone has seen that the gym was full of them”.
Shermandini had also some things to say about his days in Greece with Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, wishing to the Reds best of luck in the EuroLeague Final Four.
