After being one of the most beautiful and efficient teams to watch in the 2021-22 Basketball Champions League, MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg proved once again to be a tough opponent for anybody.

In the last game of the BCL Regular Season, the Germans got the upper hand against Bakken Bears, winning 94-86 and officially getting second place in Group E.

Joshua King had five of his players in double-digits: Shonn Miller, Justin Johnson, Jhonathan Dunn, Isaiah Whitehead, and Prentiss Hubb.

Three of them got a double-double. Justin Johnson finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds, Shonn Miller had 17 points with 10 rebounds, and Isaiah Whitehead flirted with the triple-double by getting 14 points, 11 rebounds, and 7 assists.

On the losing side, Tony Carr had a monstrous night with 28 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Elijah Childs, who became the first Bakken Bears player to tally a double-double in a BCL game this season against Darussafaka, repeated himself by scoring 16 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.

MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg won the game mainly thanks to the number of points coming from the bench, 55. The home side only had 15 from its second unit.
