An updated look at the new four-team groups coming up next in the Basketball Champions League

Eight teams advanced directly from the Regular Season as group winners and four out of the remaining tickets were claimed in the second week of the Play-In stage of the Basketball Champions League season. The four remaining berths will be determined next week.

The Play-Ins were introduced last season. The middle-seeded teams of all eight regular-season groups in a second chance to advance through a best-of-three series with the second-seeded sides earning home-court advantage.

New entries to Group L, UCAM Murcia and Darussafaka matched up with defending champion Lenovo Tenerife and Surne Bilbao. For the rest of the Play-In sweeps, Hapoel Atsmon Holon will continue in Group I and AEK in Group K.

Bahcesehir Koleji and Filou Oostende, Rytas Vilnius and PAOK mateco, MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg and Limoges CSP, and JDA Dijon and Peristeri bwin are heading to respective do-or-die Game 3 affairs, to complete Group I, Group J, and Group K.

Moving into the next round of the 2022-23 edition of the BCL, Gameday 1 of the Round of 16 is set for 24 January. The six-game double-legged round-robin schedule stretches to 22 March.

The top two teams of each group in the Round of 16 will advance to the Quarterfinals and a draw will determine the following matchups, leading to a berth in the Final Four.
