AEK decided to part ways with the American power forward Cameron McGriff, ending the contract with him and staying with seven foreign players.
McGriff averaged 9.1 points and 4.75 rebounds in the Basket League and 6.0 points in the BCL.
AEK now have the following seven foreign players on their roster: Akil Mitchell, Janis Strelnieks, Kenny Williams, Alexander Madsen, Isaiah Miles, and the two newcomers, Pierre Oriola and Brynton Lemar
