The teams will advance to the Finale four of BCL after a best-of-three series

Each of the eight clubs still standing in the race to conquer the Basketball Champions League trophy discovered the path that leads to the Final 4 on Friday, after the conclusion of the Quarter-Finals Draw ceremony at the Patrick Baumann House of Basketball.

The quarterfinal couples are the following:

Telekom Baskets Bonn (GER) vs. SIG Strasbourg (FRA)
Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem (ISR) vs. AEK (GRE)
Lenovo Tenerife (ESP) vs. BAXI Manresa (ESP)
Unicaja (ESP) vs. UCAM Murcia (ESP)

The team mentioned first in each pairing will have homecourt advantage in the Quarter-Finals, after winning their respective Round of 16 Groups.

The Quarter-Finals will commence on April 4 and each series will be played in a best-of-three format, with teams that have the homecourt advantage playing the first game at home.

The second game will be played at the home arena of the unseeded team on either April 11 or April 12 and, if a series is tied at 1-1 after the first two games, then the team with homecourt advantage will play the tie-breaking third game at home on either April 18 or April 19.

The draw ensured that at least two Spanish teams will be present in the Final Four and this may increase Malaga’s chances to host the event.

Former Spanish international Fran Vazquez, who won the 2017 title with Lenovo Tenerife, and former Lithuanian international Jonas Maciulis, who reached the 2020 Final with AEK, were the specials guests at the Quarter-Finals Draw ceremony, which you can rewatch below.
