MALAGA, Spain – Brandon Brown scored 11 crucial points in the low-scoring semifinal against Lenovo Tenerife and did with 100% efficiency.
Still, he made his shots when he counted the most and didn’t hide his excitement for making it to the Basketball Champions League Final.
“Enjoy the moment and re-focus”, was his motto after the big game when he met with the press having a massive smile on his face.
As he further explained: “Our defense was very tough, forced them out of their zone and denied them things. We fought for all the balls and took the lead. There were a lot of our big moments, not just the outside shots. We wanted to play and fight for both the coach and ourselves. We’re enjoying the moment, but we’re also staying focused.”
