Greek club Peristeri has signed American point guard Joe Ragland for the upcoming season

It’s a significant acquisition for Peristeri bwin as they secure former Hapoel Holon playmaker Joe Ragland for the 2023-24 season.

The 33-year-old guard had an impressive two seasons with Hapoel, performing exceptionally well in both the Israeli League and the Basketball Champions League.

In his first season, he led the team to the BCL Final Four and a domestic title. In the second season, he averaged 17.7 points and 8.16 assists in the Winner League, along with 15.7 points and 9.46 assists in the Basketball Champions League. He led the competition in assists in both years.

Throughout his career, Ragland has also played for Murcia, Cantu, Olimpia Milano, Pinar Karsiyaka, Felice Scandone, Lokomotiv Kuban, Crvena Zvezda, and Hapoel Eliat. He won the ABA League with Red and Whites and the Adriatic Supercup.

Ristic joins Tenerife on a 2+1 deal

Lenovo Tenerife has secured the services of center Dusan Ristic for the next two seasons, with an option for a third, as announced by the club.

The Serbian international arrives from Turkish team Galatasaray and is already familiar with the ACB League from his previous stint with Fuenlabrada.

Prior to joining Fuenlabrada in the summer of 2021, Ristic had played for FMP, Crvena Zvezda, BC Astana, Pallacanestro Brescia, and Avtodor Saratov.

During his season and a half in Spain, Ristic showcased impressive numbers, averaging 15.7 points and 6.2 rebounds per game with a performance index rating (PIR) of 17.2. He then made a mid-season move to Galatasaray.

While playing for the Turkish team, the Serbian center posted averages of 8.1 points (with a 40% three-point shooting percentage) and 4.9 rebounds in domestic league games, as well as 10.7 points and 7.8 rebounds in the Basketball Champions League.
