According to sources from Eurohoops, Howard Sant-Roos has inked a one-year contract with UCAM Murcia.

The former small forward for CSKA Moscow and Panathinaikos recently concluded a season with Zaragoza in the ACB League, where he posted impressive averages of 10.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.4 steals per game.

The 32-year-old Cuban began his club basketball career at the youth and amateur levels in Italy before moving on to play for Braunschweig in Germany. He then donned jerseys for Nymburk, Darussafaka, and AEK Athens, followed by a stint with CSKA Moscow in 2020. Subsequently, Sant-Roos signed with Panathinaikos in the same year, spending two seasons in Athens.

Last summer, he made the move to Zaragoza, and now he is poised to embark on the next chapter of his European adventure with Murcia.

Throughout his career, Sant-Roos has achieved notable successes, including winning the EuroCup and FIBA Intercontinental Cup in 2019. He also became a champion in Greece with PAO and earned the distinction of being named Basket League’s best defender twice.
