Rio Breogan logs a convincing win, 68-48, versus Bursaspor Info Yatirim in Pazo dos Deportes.

Lithuanian swingman Matas Jogela dropped a game-high 17 points alongside four assists, three rebounds, and one steal over 29 minutes. A brilliant two-way performance inspired the 1-0 start in Group F of the Basketball Champions League Regular Season on Wednesday.

A couple more double-digit efficiency ratings for the Breo as Albert Ventura chipped in 11 points and Sergi Quintela tallied nine points, four assists, four rebounds, and one steal. With 14 and 12, respectively, they trailed the game-high 19 of Jogela.

Missing both Anthony Polite and Toni Nakic in Gameday 1, the Lugo outfit, coached by Veljko Mrsic, jumped to a double-digit lead in the first half and widened the separation after the break.

Similar to Breogan, the visitors from Turkiye made their first appearance in the BCL Regular Season but were on the wrong end of the outcome. Jordan Floyd with 11 points shaped the lone double-digit scoring outing. Michael Young tallied nine points, eight rebounds, four assists, and one steal. Semih Erden was not available for the team coached by Jure Zdovc.
