Klemen Prepelic is officially released by Cedevita Olimpija and per Eurohoops sources he has already completed a deal with Galatasaray, moving to Turkey and the Basketball Champions League.
Serbian media Meridien Sport also reports the same, and the deal with Galatasaray is expected to be announced soon.
The 31-year-old player has spent the last few years in Spain, playing mainly for Valencia (2020-2023) and also for Real Madrid (2018-19) and Joventut Vadalona (2019-20).
However, he returned to his home country for Cedevita Olimpija, which is having a bad season so far and he will continue his career in Turkey.
Meanwhile, Galata parted ways with Muhaymin Mustafa. The 24-year-old swingman moved to Yukatel Merkezefendi.
UPDATE: The deal was officially announced by Galatasaray on 7/12.
