In the lead from start to finish, King Wilki Morskie Szczecin secured a huge win on Wednesday evening.

Prevailing, 80-60, over MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg got the Seawolves to 2-3 in Group D of the Basketball Champions League Regular Season.

Floor general Andrzej Mazurczak went for 19 points, six assists, five rebounds, and one steal in the Gameday 5 contest. Rookie big Morris Udeze tallied 18 points. Zac Cuthbertson posted a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double for the team coached by Arkadiusz Miloszewski.

The Poland champions overturned the loss by a margin of four points in Germany, earning the advantage in a potential tiebreaker and also getting in a favorable position ahead of a potential three-way tie between second and fourth place in Group D. Traveling to Italy, the Gameday 6 meeting with Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari will decide whether they can punch in a ticket to the Play-Ins on December 20.

Struggling to get going in Netto Arena got Josh King’s side in danger of elimination. Coming in with four consecutive wins across all competitions, they were forced down to 2-3. The remaining game on the double-legged round-robin schedule of the BCL Regular Season is against AEK Betsson at home.

Yorman Polas Bartolo packing 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one block was the top performer in Szczecin. Coming out of a long stint on the injury list, Jeff Roberson (knee) is nearing a return but was unavailable.
