The Azerbaijani and Greek clubs have strengthened their rosters with two American additions ahead of the 2026-27 season

Sabah have signed American guard Charles Manning Jr., the Azerbaijani club announced. The 27-year-old arrives in Baku after spending the 2025-26 season with Karsiyaka in Turkey.

Manning averaged 13.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists across 30 Turkish Basketball Super League appearances, shooting 47.3% from the field and 83.5% from the free-throw line.

The 1.96-meter guard began his professional career in Europe in 2022 and has since represented Metalac Valjevo, FMP Belgrade, EWE Baskets Oldenburg, Napoli Basket and Avtodor Saratov before joining Karsiyaka.

Elsewhere, Peristeri officially announced the signing of Tytan Anderson for the 2026-27 campaign. The 24-year-old American forward, who stands 1.98 meters tall, will strengthen the Greek club’s perimeter rotation.

Anderson spent his first professional season in Belgium, initially playing for Leuven Bears before joining Oostende. Across 41 appearances, he averaged 13.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.2 steals in 29.3 minutes per game.

Before moving to Europe, Anderson spent five seasons at Northern Iowa. He played 139 college games and recorded career averages of 9.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals.
