According to BasketFaul, Trabzonspor has signed former Olympiacos and Crvena Zvezda player Isaiah Canaan.
Despite suffering a serious injury last year, the veteran guard is now fit to return to the court in the latter part of the season. His contract will be finalized once he successfully passes his medical examinations.
Born in 1991, Canaan played in the NBA from 2013 to 2019. During this period, he dressed for Houston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Phoenix, Minnesota, and Milwaukee, averaging 8.1 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.9 assists in 20.4 minutes per game across 235 matches.
Beginning his European career in 2019, Canaan, who previously played for Galatasaray in Turkey, and competed in the EuroLeague for four seasons with Unics Kazan, Olympiacos, and Crvena Zvezda.
