Pallacanestro Varese officially announced that it has reached a one-year agreement with Congolese forward Christian Eyenga, bringing him back to the team after the 2014/2015 season.
“I am excited to be able to return to Varese,” said Eyenga in the team’s official website. “I can’t wait for the season to begin and see all the people to which I got attached during my previous tenure in the team.”
The 27-year old player spent the previous season in Italy as well, wearing the jersey of Sassari and Torino. With the Sardinians, he also participated in Euroleague averaging 10.8 points, 4 rebounds and 2.2. assists per game.
