Donnie McGrath has reached a final agreement with AEK BC and will join the Greek club for the remainder of the season. His arrival heralds the departure of Nikola Ivanovic who will most likely be loaned to Serbian club Mega Leks.

The 32-year-old guard had previously played for AEK during the 2009-2010 season and is expected to arrive in Athens during the week. However, his participation in the crucial upcoming match of his new team vs Ludwigsburg for the FIBA Champions League is considered to be difficult.

While McGrath will probably make his debut in the Greek cup semifinal between AEK and Aris, Ivanovic will pack his bags for Mega Leks a team that also plays in the Champions League apart from the ABA League.
