Lithuanian forward Gediminas Orelik signed a one-year contract with Reyer Venezia. The news were announced by his new agent Sead Galijasevic on Twitter.
Orelik was among the players that stood out in the inaugural season of the Basketball Champions League with the jersey of Banvit. He had a breakthrough year in European competitions averaging 13.7 points, 4.7 points plus 1.6 assists while the Turkish team made it to the competition’s Final.
In Turkey he helped Banvit win the Cup title, which was the first major trophy in the history of the franchise.
