AEK had an easy evening at home as they took down Olimpija on Day 6 of the Basketball Champions League.

AEK got the job done against Petrol Olimpija at home 91-73. The home squad was well prepared for tonight’s game as they were leading from the first minute leaving no chance to Olimpija. The Slovenian champs had big problems in defense in the first half as they allowed AEK to score 50 points.

The Key: AEK was in the charge from the begging keeping its distance from start to finish. They took care of the ball as they had 22 assists.

The Star: Manny Harris was all over the floor tonight leading his team to a fourth victory in the Basketball Champions League. He finished the game with 26 points, 5 assists, and 8 boards. His teammate  Dimitris Mavroedis had a double-double game with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Jordan Morgan, a former teammate of Harris at the University of Michigan, tried to save Olimpija 21 points and 8 rebounds but he wasn’t successful.

AEK moved up to a 4-2 record as Olimpija is at the bottom with a 1-5 record.
