The Basketball Champions League is back in town after two weeks and the next chapter is expected to be more than interesting.

With AS Monaco remaining the only undefeated team in the competition and many open scores around the four groups, things are expected to be heated.

The competition will continue on Tuesday with nine games and seven more are scheduled for Wednesday.

Group A

There are two matches scheduled on Tuesday night in Group A and two more on Wednesday. The first match will be held in Lithuania as Juventus Utena will host UCAM Murcia. Both teams stand on a 2-4 record and will try to make the next step in order to stay alive.

UNET Holon will face EWE Baskets Oldenburg. It will be a clash between two high-paced teams, but the Germans are in a far better place as they have a 4-2 record compared to Holon’s 1-5.

On Wednesday Enisey Krasnoyarsk will be hosting Dinamo Sassari. And also the biggest game of the week will be played in France. Unbeaten AS Monaco will face their biggest test so far by hosting Pinar Karsiyaka. The Turkish team only have one loss as they stand high on a 5-1 record.

Group B

All the games will take a place on Tuesday night. Gaziantep hosts ELAN Chalon in Turkey, having Nenad Markovic on their bench.

In Greece, PAOK will try to overcome Ventspils in order to gain their second win of the season.

The reigning champion Iberostar Tenerife, under new coach Fotis Katsikaris, will have a difficult task this week as they will host Neptunas Klaipeda. Both teams have a 5-1 record and there’s only one spot open at the top.

Last but not least, Capo d’Orlando will have to step up their game against MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg at home.

Group C

On Tuesday Petrol Olimpija and Rosa Radom will meet in Slovenia with both teams having only one win so far this season.  Meanwhile, in France, SIG Strasbourg will try to improve their winning streak as they will have difficult job against Banvit.

On Wednesday Movistar Estudiantes will host the leader of the group, Umana Reyer Venezia. The Italians have four straight wins and they will have to give their best in order to get one more win. On the other side, the host stands on a 3-3 record.

The last match of the group will be held between two teams that stand on a 3-3 record. Medi Bayreuth will host AEK in Germany.

Group D

Oostende will host Aris on Tuesday night in a more than interesting game between two equal opponents. On Wednesday Bestikas will try to record their sixth straight win, but it won’t be easy for Turks. Their opponent is Nanterre, a team that suffered only one defeat so far this season. The game will be played in Istanbul.

In Poland, Zielona Gora will be hosting CEZ Nymburk and in the last match, Sigidas Avellino will play against Telekom Baskets Bonn.
