UCAM Murcia had no problem beating Juventus Utena on the road 93 – 83. The Spanish team finally got a victory after four consecutive losses and improved to a 3-4 record while the Lithuanians remain with two wins in Group A.

The guests reached early in the game a double-digit lead (24 – 11, 8′) and despite Utena’s reaction, they increased the advantage at the break (51 – 35).

In the third period, Juventus improved its shooting performance, as Murcia wanted to end their negative streak. The hosts were able to reduce the difference to single digits but too late to fight for the game (88 – 79, 39′).

The key: Murcia played its best game of the season in Basketball Champions League so far. They dominated the boards and also completed a great shooting performance.

The star: Brad Oleson led the guests in scoring with 20 points and Clevin Hannah contributed offensively with 13 points and 6 assists.

LaRon Dendy and Anthony Ireland tried to avoid the defeat with 21 points each.
