Oostende beat Aris on Day 7 of the Basketball Champions League at home in a very close game.

Oostende moved up to a 3-4 record in the Basketball Champions League, after beating Aris at home 69-67 as they stepped up in crucial moments.

In a very tight match, the home team had more focus down the last stretch. Both teams refused to give up as It was all square at the start of the last quarter as result was 53-53.

The Key: The hosts opened the last quarter with a 7-0 run thanks to Chase Fieler who scored quick 4 points. Aris came really close (66-65) in the last minute of the match. Ioannis Athinaiou was careless as he lost the ball allowing Fieler to score 2 more points, sealing the deal for Oostende.

The Star: Dusan Djordjevic led the winners with 17 points and 6 rebounds which was pretty outstanding for a point guard.

Michalis Tsairelis had a game-high for Aris with 20 points.

After this loss, Aris has the same record as Oostende, 3-4.
