PAOK remains on the right path after winning their last three games in the Basketball Champions League.

PAOK stayed alive in Group B after the victory over Elan Chalon in Thessaloniki 90 – 81. The Greeks won their third game in a row and now stand at 5-6 record, tied with the French champions.

The hosts were unstoppable offensively in the first half and PAOK headed the locker room with a 48 – 42 lead. Elan Chalon slowed down the game in the third quarter (63 – 62 with ten minutes left) and everything was decided in the last period.

The key: With the game tied at 73 (35′), PAOK scored 11 consecutive points that were more than crucial. Lucky Jones scored two important three-pointers during that run.

The star: Jones finished with an efficiency rating of 30 on the winning side (22 points, 9 boards and 4 assists). Thodoris Zaras contributed with 19 points while Linos Chrysikopoulos added 16 and 5 assists.

Bastien Pinault led the guests in scoring with 14 points. PAOK stays behind Chalon in the standings, as they were defeated by 14 in France.
