The Germans kept their chances for the next round alive as they beat Aris easily on Day 11 of the Basketball Champions League.

Telekom Baskets Bonn had an easy evening at home beating Aris at home 76-59. The Germans climbed up to 4-7 record while Aris suffered their third straight loss.

It was a one-sided affair as the hosts were leading the whole time. They won the first quarter by 10 (29-19) building a comfortable lead in the first half 49-33 and never looked back.

The Key: Great defense pushed Germans to the important victory. They allowed only 59 points tonight while forcing the Greeks to 17 turnovers.

The Stars: Tomislav Zubcic led the way for the winners with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Josh Mayo followed his teammate with 13 points and 5 boards.

Lefteris Bochoridis had 10 points for the losing side, but he also turned the ball five times. After this loss, Aris is hanging on a 4-7 record.
