Enisey Krasnoyarsk got the home win over Hapoel Unet Holon 98 – 93 in a duel between two squads that are out of the playoff race in Group A. Both teams are tied with Juventus in the standings with three wins each.
The key: Tu Holloway (season-high 30 points plus 10 assists) made it a two-point game with less than a minute remaining but Suleiman Braimoh (13 points) responded with another three and sealed the deal for Enisey.
It was an uptempo game from the beginning with Holon having a 43 – 51 advantage at the half.
Artem Komissarov paced the hosts in the third period, helping them get the lead (61 – 57, 25′). However, Enisey smiled in the end
The star: Denis Zakharov made five three-pointers and led the Russians in scoring with 17 points. Anthony Hilliard added 16 and 7 assists while Martins Meiers contributed with a double-double (15 points and 10 boards).
Glen Rice Jr had 20 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for the visiting side.
