MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg, the 2017-18 Basketball Champions League Final Four participant, signed the American guard Lamont Jones on a 1+1 contract, the club officially announced.
Jones played with Mitteldeutscher BC last season, leading the team with an average of 17.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and two assists in German League. The 28-year-old has already had a Basketball Champions League experience with Mornar Bar back in 2016-17 season as he averaged 13 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.
Ludwigsburg also thought long-term by adding German 16-year-old Aeneas Jung to their roster. The 2.02m-tall forward signed a contract until the year 2022.
