One day after the Eurohoops report SIG Strasbourg has announced the return of Mardy Collins to France for the next two seasons.

The 33 years old player spent the last two seasons with Lokomotiv Kuban, but he has played for Strasbourg back in the 2015-16 season and now he will make his Basketball Champions League debut.

As coach Vincent Collet said: “He is an old acquaintance who is back among us. We missed him last year and the idea of bringing him back has never left us. When we saw that Kuban was not negotiating him and we went straight to his agent. We were patient and Mardy and his agent came back to us. The president has to get credit for getting him back. It goes without saying that this is good news”.
