Nanterre 92 and UCAM Murcia got the job done on the road and are already thinking about the Basketball Champions League regular season after Monday’s games.

The French club beat Karhu Basket in Finland almost by 40 points (91-54) with an Icelander, Haukur Palsson leading the show with 18 points.

The Spaniards of Murcia (photo) prevailed in Belgium over Spirou Charleroi (71-62). Emanuel Kate had 23 points and 5 assists for the winning side which had things under control pretty much for the whole game.

Russian side Nizhny Novgorod got the job done at home against the Czechs of Pardubice (92-84) despite 30 points by Donovan Jackson.

On the contrary, the game in Poland between Polski Cukier Toruń and medi Bayreuth ended with a draw (73-73) and anything can happen in Germany. The situation is pretty much the same for Fribourg Olympic after the close 87-85 win in Switzerland against Turkish side Sakarya BSB. The game included an impressive duel between Justin Roberson (29 p.) and Jean Salumu (27 p.).

Antwerp has already secured its spot for the BCL regular season without a game in round 3.
