Iberostar Tenerife stepped on the court highly motivated to finish things as fast as possible and they did, recording an 87-68 home win against Telekom Baskets Bonn.
The Spanish side won the first quarter 29-13 eventually going on the halftime rest with a 46-36 lead. They didn’t lose focus and kept increasing the advantage after the break, leading by as much as 25 points (75-50) and had no trouble bringing the game to an end.
Six players recorded double-digit numbers for Tenerife with Thaddus McFadden leading the way with 13. Colton Iverson and Ferran Bassas were right behind with 12 points each.
For the losing side, Bojan Subotic scored game-high 18 points in addition to Charles Jackson’s 14.
