Anwil tried to come back multiple times but UCAM Murcia was too big of a ‘bite’ for them as the Spaniards won 87-68 on the road. This was Murcia’s fifth win and they stayed perfect (5-0) at the top of Group A while Anwil has a 2-3 record.

Sadiel Rojas and Charlon Kloof scored 15 points each for the victors while Milton Doyle added 14. For Anwil, Michal Michalak and Chase Simon notched tie-high 19 points each.

After a rocky start, Murcia created a double-digit lead (26-16) early in the second period but Anwil quickly bounced back taking over the lead (37-32). However, the Spanish team made a 7-0 run and went on halftime with a small advantage (39-37).

The second half completely belonged to Murcia as they gradually kept increasing the lead to as much as 24 points (83-59) leaving no doubt the winner.
