After a back-and-forth game, Iberostar Tenerife took off in the fourth quarter and beat Nanterre 92.

Tenerife was the favorite in the Basketball Champions League Regular Season Group B Day 9 game, but didn’t break Nanterre’s spirit up to the final minutes. After trailing 64-63, the Spaniards went on a 16-0 run and finally got the 79-68 victory at the Santiago Martin Arena.

Nicolas Brussino led the way with a season-high 20 points. Javier Beiran followed with 13.

Haukur Palsson poured 16 points for the visitors. Adas Juskevicius added 14.

The Spaniards swept Pascal Donnadieu’s club and took their BCL tally up to 8-1. Their opponents fell to 4-5.
