Montakit Fuenlabrada squad got stuck in the Antwerp traffic before the game, then it was delayed due to a shot clock malfunction and the match itself went the same way for the Spaniards as Telenet Giants dominated the second half for a convincing 102-78 win on Day 9 of Basketball Champions League.

Paris Lee nailed 27 points (7/9 triples) and dished ten assists for the winning side while Victor Sanders followed with 21 points. For Fuenlabrada, Marc Garcia scored 24 in addition to Luka Rupnik’s 20 points.

It was a fairly balanced half with Fuenlabrada holding the minimal 45-44 lead. But after the break, Antwerp took over as they went ahead 66-60 in front of the final period and kept increasing the gap all the way until the final whistle.

Antwerp improved to 5-4 while Fuenlabrada continues going through a rough patch with a 3-6 record in Group C.
