Banvit was riding high in the second half and turned a close game to a blowout on its way to the 78-63 victory over Ventspils. The Kara Ali Acar Spor Salonu crowd certainly helped the hosts impose their will and the players showed their appreciation with some amazing plays.

Hakan Demir’s club got up to 6-4, also secured the tiebreaking advantage over the Latvian Champs. Roberts Stelmahers’ team dropped to 3-7 with its third straight BCL loss.
