Bologna bounced back with comeback win against Olimpija

Virtus Bologna trailed most of the game but managed to recover and get the home win against Petrol Olimpija in Basketball Champions League.

Segafredo Virtus Bologna was trailing most of the game but bounced back and recorded an 87-84 home win over Petrol Olimpija on Day 10 of Basketball Champions League.

Pietro Aradori scored 17 points for Bologna while Dejan Kravic added 14 in addition to Tony Taylor’s 13 points. On the other side, Mirza Begic scored 19 while Jan Span helped with 14 points.

Olimpija had a great start with an early 18-5 lead but Bologna decreased the deficit before halftime (41-37). It was a balanced game until the end and although Olimpija had an upper hand most of the time (73-70), Bologna made a 12-2 run which was enough to close the game in their favor.

Olimpija improved to an 8-2 record in Group D while Olimpija stayed at the bottom with one win (1-8).
