AEK Athens forward Jonas Maciulis suffered a fracture on his left arm and will miss the remainder of the season.
Maciulis got injured early in the second quarter of Wednesday’s (27/3) Basketball Champions League quarterfinals game between his team and Brose Bamberg in Germany. The Lithuanian veteran underwent medical examinations today (28/3) in Athens that revealed the extent of his injury.
Maciulis, 34, averaged 8.6 points, 4.9 and 1.4 assists per game in the Basketball Champions League plus 11.5 points, 4.55 rebounds and 1.9 assists in the Greek League.
