Following the draw for the two qualification rounds of the 2019/20 Basketball Champions League season, the regular season Groups have also been drawn under the guidance of Basketball Champions League CEO Patrick Comninos.
Here are the four groups:
Group A:
Oostende, Dinamo Sassari, Strasbourg, Turk Telekom, Baxi Manresa, Unet Holon, KERA/BAKK/LIET, KARH, MINS/TORU
Group B:
AEK Athens, Hapoel Jerusalem, Bandirma, Vechta, Pau-Lacq-Orthez, Wloclawek, SODE/BOTE/ANTW, KAPF/KIYV/BURG
Group C:
Brose Bamberg, Tenerife, CEZ Nyumburk, VEF Riga, Peristeri, Gaziantep, PRIS/WARS/NIZH, BENF/GRON/MORN
Group D:
