Marcus Slaughter penned a deal with AEK, the Greek team announced on Friday. The San Diego State alumni will add the Basketball Champions League to his vast European experience and will make his way to the Greek Basket League for the first time as well.
The 34-year-old American center previously competed in Turkey, Israel, France, Germany, Spain and Italy including 134 EuroLeague matches in his career. He also played a total of 17 games in 7DAYS EuroCup.
Last summer Slaughter joined Bahcesehir Koleji. He averaged 8.1 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.4 steals per contest over 28 appearances in the Turkish Super Ligi.
