Keith Hornsby was on fire from deep scoring 28 points and leading Torun to a home win over Strasbourg in Basketball Champions League

Keith Hornsby was on fire from deep as Polski Cukier Torun got a convincing 97-81 home win over SIG Strasbourg in Group A of Basketball Champions League. Both squads now hold a 1-1 record.

Hornsby nailed eight threes on 11 attempts on his way to game-high 28 points while Aaron Cel added 19 and Chris Wright 16 points. Wright also dished ten assists.

For Strasbourg, Gabe York logged 17 points and nine boards followed by Ali Traore with 16 and Travis Trice with 14 points.

Torun started the game with a 10-0 run but was ahead 20-18 at the end of the first quarter and 41-40 at halftime. They stayed ahead after the break (67-63) and then completely took over in the fourth quarter winning it 30-18 and sealing the win.
