BAXI Manresa had an upper hand against Lietkabelis and despite many ups and downs, prevailed 76-70 in the end.
The Spaniards had the luxury of playing two home games at the start of the 2019-20 Basketball Champions League and won both (2-0) while Lietkabelis is 0-2 in Group A.
David Kravish scored 19 points along with five rebounds while Will Magarity had 17 and Ryan Toolson 12 points for the victors.
Lietkabelis was ahead 15-13 after ten minutes but Manresa led by eight points (30-22) in the second quarter and 32-30 at halftime.
The hosts went up by 12 (53-41) after the break and although Lietkabelis recovered trailing by just one point (69-68) late in the fourth, Manresa finished on a 7-2 run to grab the win.
