ERA Nymburk felt right at home in the paint.

Nizhny Novgorod was on a three-game winning streak in Basketball Champions League Group C, but ERA Nymburk visited CEC Nagorny and claimed the 82-73 win on Wednesday to improve to 4-1 and drop the hosts to 3-2.

Ivan Almeida put up a team-high 19 points, Jaromir Bohacik followed with 16 and Zach Hankins added 12 the road. Chavaughn Lewis posted a game-high 20 points for the Russian club, but was unable to get his team back in the game following its poor start.

The Czech Republic champions never trailed, took their lead to double-digits from the first period of the Regular Season Gameday 5 affair. Firmly held on after an 11-0 run late in the second quarter open.
