Mario Chalmers returned to the Basketball Champions League, but fellow Kansas alum Keith Langford put up an offensive display on Wednesday evening leading AEK to the 74-66 victory against San Pablo Burgos at the OAKA Olympic Indoor Hall in Athens.

The 36-year-old American guard went for 30 points behind 5/9 beyond the arc including a clutch three with 1:25 to go.

He accounted for nearly half of the Queen’s points in the Regular Season Round 5 tilt. Howard Sant-Roos added 12 points.

Bruno Fitipaldo scored 12 points, Thad McFadden and Ferran Bassas notched 11 each for the Spanish team that fell to 2-3 dropping its third straight BCL Group B game. Ilias Papatheodorou’s side improved to 4-1 with its third straight win.
