Travis Trice will miss SIG Strasbourg’s home game against Lietkabelis, set to take place at Rhenus Sport on Wednesday. Head coach Vincent Collet ruled out the 26-year-old American point guard while previewing the Basketball Champions League Regular Season Gameday 6 affair.

His commanding play so far brought Trice to 11.6 points, 5.2 assists and 3 rebounds per contest in FIBA’s premier club competition. He also posted 11.2 points, 4.7 assists and 1.7 rebounds per appearance in the French League.

The French team expects him back for Saturday’s Jeep Elite Pro A Regular Season Round 10 game on the road opposite to Le Mans. As for the preceding BCL tilt, Quentin Serron, Boris Dallo and Ludovic Beyhurst will cover for their teammate, Collet noted.

Recently added Scottie Reynolds is not yet ready, but might debut on Saturday. Xavier Cooks and Jeremy Nzeulie are out as well.

Strasbourg is currently 2-3 in Champions League’s Group A, also carries a 4-5 W-L record in the French League.
