A tight Basketball Champions League Regular Season Round 6 affair saw Brose Bamberg defeat Peristeri winmasters, 72-69.

Assem Marei and Retin Obasohan shared a team-high 11 points. Christian Sengfelder contributed to the fourth consecutive BCL “W” with ten points and five boards.

Both teams focused on defense at the Brose Arena, However, thirteen lead changes kept excitement at the highest level during the Group C game. The German club retained a slim lead down the stretch without managing to push the visitors out of reach.

Roel Moors’ club ultimately jumped to 4-2 and dropped its opponents to 3-3. Ilias Zouros’ side only produced one double-digit scorer, Moses Kingsley who finished with 11 points to go along with his 11 rebounds and three rejections.
