Lamonte Ulmer and David Holston took over and led Dijon to a big road win over Besiktas in Basketball Champions League

Despite a slow start, JDA Dijon completely took over the game against Besiktas Sompo Sigorta later on and grabbed a 98-65 road win.

Dijon improved to 5-2 while Besiktas now holds a 2-5 record in Basketball Champions League Group D.

Lamonte Ulmer banked 23 points on 9-13 shooting while adding eight rebounds and five assists as well as seven steals for a total PIR of 36.

Abdoulaye Loum added 19 while David Holston notched a double-double with 15 points and 13 assists. For Besiktas, Jordan Theodore scored 19 and Burak Yildizli 12 points.

Besiktas scored the first nine points of the game and was up 19-10 early on as well as 37-29 in the second quarter thanks to Theodore’s 13 points but Dijon finished the half with on a 9-0 run to take the lead (38-37).

Ulmer had nine points for Dijon and scored nine more in the third quarter as they kept riding the momentum and turning the situation in their favor (65-52). The French side didn’t allow any comeback dominating the last period and securing the win.
