Following two defeats in a row, Falco Szombathely offered the Savaria Arena crowd a convincing 97-73 win over Neptunas Klaipeda.
Zoltan Perl returned to Basketball Champions League action with a game-high 21 points, tallied seven dimes and five rebounds as well. Quinton Hooker and Benke Szilard contributed to the “W” with 16 points apiece.
Tomas Delininkaitis and Simas Galdikas shared a team-high 15 points, but the visitors trailed most of the second half of Wednesday’s Regular Season Gameday 7 contest in double-digits.
Powered by three home victories, Gasper Okorn’s club moved to 3-4 W-L in Group D. Tomas Rinkevicius’ team fell to 4-3.
