Build a double-digit advantage from the first minutes of the Basketball Champions League Regular Season Round 8 tilt, AEK went on for a comfortable 79-67 victory versus EB Pau-Lacq-Orthez.

Keith Langford once again paced Ilias Papatheodorou’s team pouring 15 points on Tuesday. Linos Chrysikopoulos went for 14 points at the Palais des Sports de Pau, Kendrick Ray for 11 and Howard Sant-Roos ended up with ten points and nine rebounds.

The visitors improved to 6-2 in Group B with its third away win in row. The team coached by Laurent Vila fell to 2-6 with its third straight defeat and second at the hands of AEK.

It was a struggle throughout the 40 minutes for the hosts with the 4/17 threes jumping out. Petr Cornelie banked 15 points in losing effort. Justin Dentmon had 12 and Leo Cavaliere ten.
