Torun and Manresa put on a high-scoring show as the Spaniards got their sixth win this season in Basketball Champions League

In a highly effective game, BAXI Manresa got a 121-102 road win against Polski Cukier Torun in Basketball Champions League.

Manresa, which was two points away from setting a new BCL record for most points scored in a single game (122, set by Holon vs Torun), improved to 6-2 compared to Torun’s 1-6 record in Group A.

William Magarity and Deividas Dulkys scored 20 points each for the winning side which banked a total of 19 three-pointers. David Kravish added 18 points.

For Torun, Keith Hornsby drained game-high 23 points followed by Alade Aminu’s 19 and Chris Wright’s 14 points.

Manresa had a slight upper hand in the first quarter (31-29), and improved the gap to ten points early in the second (43-33). It was 65-59 at halftime but the Spaniards took over after the break making a 97-81 lead in front of the final period and keeping the distance until the end for the win.
